Missing Documents Preventing Claims
The Missing Documents Preventing Claims page may be reached by going to the Medicaid menu, selecting Missing Documents, and clicking Missing Documents Preventing Claims.
This page enables the user to see which child is missing which documents. After searching by county and provider, refer to the three rightmost columns. Need IEP indicates that a child's IEP must be uploaded to the CPSE Portal. Need Consent means a parental Medicaid consent form must be uploaded. Need Script indicates that a script must be uploaded and verified on that child's page.
Each document may be uploaded according to the following instructions:
Upload the scripts under Medicaid -> Scripts -> Create Script for Child
Upload the IEP under Medicaid -> IEP Maintenance
Upload the consent form under Medicaid -> Parental Consent Entry
