All users need a PIN. This PIN is used for signing attendances and submitting billing. Your PIN is different than your log on password.
To change or create your PIN
1) Navigate to the My PIN page.  You can find the link under the My Account menu
If you there is no My PIN option on the menu, please contact your agency's administrator.  (For more information, see Knowledge Base article on User Permissions )
2) Enter your PIN number and click the button ( Create PIN or Change PIN).
3) On the Password Verification window that pops up, enter your login password (not your PIN) as a confirmation and click the Proceed button.
