Updating Code Tables
CPT, Rate Codes, Rates, rejection reasons and denial reasons can be updated in Preschool by syncing with the CPSE Portal and the Medicaid service bureau. This also applies to Service Settings, Profession Codes, and SED Data (The STAC 1 and STAC 5 error codes)
This is accomplished by going to
CPSE Portal>Update Code Tables
(Even if you do not use CPSE Portal you are able to Update Code Tables)
Currently, only Related Service Types and Eval Service Types aren't functional, which is why they are grayed out. Every other button will update your Preschool information.
