Uploading an IEP

CPSEPortal > Medicaid Documentation
 
Go to Medicaid>IEP Maintenance
  • Type in the name of the child (Last, First)>SEARCH
  • Click SELECT​
            
 
  • SELECT THE SCHOOL YEAR
                
 
  • ENTER EFFECTIVE DATE (start date of service)
                
 
  • CHOOSE FILE
                
 
  • CLICK UPLOAD IEP
