Enter Signature, Title and Credentials

1. Under "My Account" choose "My Profile" - Personal and Professional tab
2. Find the filed for Signature, Title and Credentials
3. Type name and credentials/title/degree as you would if you were signing in ink on paper.. esp Jane Doe M.S., CCC-SLP
