Therapist Activity

This report allows you to view attendance entries including session notes and signature information. The information is grouped by therapist and sorted chronologically within each therapist .
1. Under "Reports" choose "Therapist Activity"
The screen has filters to allow you to specify criteria for the report.
1.1 Select Service Provider(s) (all or choose)
1.2 Select Service Dates (all or choose)
1.3 Select Children (all or choose)
1.4 Select County (all or choose)
2. Click Print Report This will open the report as an Adobe PDF document in a new window.
