Child Treatment Log

This report allows you to view attendance entries including session notes and signature information. The information is grouped by child and sorted chronologically within each child.
1. Under "Reports" choose "Child Treatment Log"
There are filters that will allow you to specify criteria for the report.
1.1 Select Service Provider
1.2 Select Service Dates
1.3 Select County
1.4 Select Child(ren)
2. Click Print Report. This will open the report as an Adobe PDF document in a new window.
