1. Go to CPSE Portal Log In screen 
    1.1 If unable to remember password, click "Forgot your password" link
               
                    
      1.2 Enter your user name in user name field

Make sure to enter your Username, not your email address. If you do not know your username, contact support@cpseportal.com.

      1.3 Click "Submit" 
 
           
 
       1.4 Password will be sent to your email address on file - You will see this message:
