How to add Claiming Notes Reasons
Go to the Maintenance tab and click on Claiming Notes Reasons
This will bring up the Claiming Notes Reasons Maintenance screen.
You can click ‘Add New’ at the bottom to add a new reason.
Once you add a line click apply, then you can add another.
These reasons are selectable on the AVL Problem Research screen, right click one of the problems and click ‘Edit Claiming Notes’.
