Adding a new RS Provider to Preschool

How to Add new RS Provider to Preschool

1. Start by going to Providers > Agency > All

2. Then Click New at the bottom.

3. A pop up will display, enter the provider display name here.

4. This will add the provider to the provider display list. 

5. Then Double click on the provider to bring up the provider details.
    Enter the providers info, you will need to enter a vendor number and an NPI number, also select an provider type. 


6. Once you are done click Apply and Ok. This will close the details window, from there click on the Programs Tab to display the providers programs for the current school year. 


7. To add an RS Program, click 'Add RS Program'.

8. Click Yes on the pop up

9. Once you Click ok, the new program window will pop up. Add your rate and click ok after confirming the SED values at the top. 

    Clicking the Add RS Program button will create a program with the SED Values Prefilled. Please make sure these values are prefilled, if the SED values are blank, delete the program and click Add RS program.


Repeat steps 7-9 as necessary to add additional programs.
