Billing for Non-treatment sessions
Some Counties my have policies that provide for payment of non-treatment sessions such as CPSE meetings.
In order to bill for those, you would need to create an attendance record to represent that event.
Using the normal weekly attendance screen, create an attendance entry for the child/enrollment.
- For a diagnosis, use "NOICD"
- For a CPT code, use "NOCPT"
- Check the box to indicate this does not meet medicaid requirements because it is not a treatment session
- In the notes, you can indicate "CPSE meeting" or whatever other description describes what you are billing
