Entering Teletherapy sessions in CPSE Portal

On the weekly calendar when entering a session, there are three items to be concerned with for Teletherapy.

1. Required. In the Setting dropdown, select “Teletherapy”
2. Required. Make sure there is nothing conflicting (ie. Classroom, Preschool, etc.) in the Location field.  The Location field should be used to indicate where the student is located for the session, (Home, Grandparents, Daycare, etc.), but it should not indicate a location where neither the therapist nor the child was during the session.
3. Optional. We recommend that the location of both the therapist and child are indicated in the Session Notes field.
