MSB Claim History for Child
Users can access the MSB Claim History by Child by going to Medicaid – Service Bureau Claiming – Claim History.
- Columns for CIN, Claim Batch, and Original Payer Claim Reference have been added.
- Users can now clear reconciliation status. By right-clicking a claim, users will have the option to clear its reconciliation status. This is useful for when a user, erroneously or otherwise, marks a claim as “Never Claim Again.” By right-clicking and clearing the reconciliation status, users will be able to access the claim, edit it, and resubmit it.
