Import Remittance
The Import Remittance screen can be accessed by going to Medicaid – Service Bureau Claiming – Import Remittance Information.
- A warning will be triggered if the user attempts to close the screen without downloading all pending claims and remittances. This message alerts the user to the fact that there are a number of files remaining to be downloaded. The user can click Yes to close out of the screen and navigate away without a problem. The files will be there the next time that the user accesses the screen.
Please note: this message is a warning, not an error.
