The Encounter Tracking screen can be accessed by going to Medicaid – Encounter Tracking.
- This screen has been added for counties who do not use CPSE Portal to track their encounters. This new screen helps those counties who do not use the Portal to keep track of their providers’ encounters and create their cost report. Users can specify a session, month, RS or CBRS, service type, and provider. From there, users can enter the number of encounters the provider had with each child in each month. Users must click to another line and press the Save Changes button in order to save their work.
Please note: counties that use CPSE Portal must not use this screen. Doing so will create several claiming and reporting problems.
