Entering Coordination of Services

When does a child need Coordination of Services?
              -   When the child has 2 or more Related services and does NOT receive SEIT services

How do you enter Coordination of Services in eSTACs?

To add Coordination to a new placement:

First click the ‘Add SEIT/RS Placement’ button

Then Click on the ‘Related Services’ tab and add all of your services

You must have at least 2 related services in order to add Coordination

Coordination is usually provided by the Speech Therapy provider

NYSED allows Coordination to occur Once per month for 30 Minutes
