When you are entering script information and do not see the provider on the script as an option in your provider dropdown, that provider may not be in your database and needs to be added. To do so, please follow the steps below:
1. Go to "Providers" -> "Service Providers"
2. In the Service Providers window, go to the "All Service Providers" tab. Then, look for the name of the missing provider in this list.
3. Once you made sure that the name you are looking for is not in this list, click "Add New" on the lower right.
4. Enter the provider's information into the blank fields and check the Medicaid checkboxes if they are eligible. You will notice that we cannot add professions, credentials, or employers yet. Click "Apply" after you have finished.
5. The Professions, Credentials, and Provider Employers box will be available for you to edit after you have clicked "Apply". Click the "Add" buttons below each list to enter the provider's profession, credentials, and employers if they have any. Click "Apply" or "OK" after you are done to save.
6. Now that your new provider has been added, you should be able to see them when you are entering prescription information.
