How to mark session notes as not Medicaid eligible

DO NOT ABUSE THIS FUNCTION TO BYPASS MEDICAID AUDITS FOR MEDICAID-ELIGIBLE SERVICE LIKE ST, OT, OR PT. This is intended to lift restrictions on non-Medicaid billable services like counseling (CSL) or other RS types.

Method A (Done by the therapist)
The easiest way to mark notes as not Medicaid eligible is for therapists to check a checkbox in their session note window as they take more sessions. Specifically, it is the "Does Not Meet Medicaid Requirements" checkbox towards the bottom of the session note.
For this checkbox to be checked, the note needs to be completely unlocked for editing, meaning not signed and not on a voucher.

Method B (Done by the admin)
More commonly, you may run into this problem after all the session notes have been signed. If you are the billing admin, you can edit each session's billing setting to check the "Does Not Meet Medicaid Requirements" checkbox. Specifically:
1. Go to "Lookup" -> "Child Lookup".
2. Search for the child and click "Details".
3. Find their enrollment, and click "Attendances".
4. On the right side of sessions that need to be marked as not Medicaid eligible, click "Details".
5. It will bring you to the "Attendance Correction" page. You then need to click "Edit" in the "Billing" box, check the "Does Not Meet Medicaid Requirements" checkbox, and click "Save".
(You will see that the minutes per session and the rate per session are also available for you to edit, please, under no circumstances, unless directed to do so, edit those numbers!)
6. You will need to make this edit one note at a time for all the notes that need to be marked as not Medicaid eligible.

When you put the child back on the voucher, “Recalc” the voucher.
