How to Recheck for Cosignatures

If you have a therapist whose expired license was just renewed, or notes were just marked as not Medicaid eligible to lift the cosign requirements, you will need to perform a cosign "refresh" to let the Portal recognize that some notes no longer need cosigns.

It can be done in a few simple steps:

1. Go to "Attendance" -> "Signed Attendances Missing Cosignatures".

2. Use the filter to bring up the attendances that need to be refreshed and click "Recheck" next to them one by one.

If the Portal gives you a message saying "Attendance Requires Cosignature", it means whatever was changed was not sufficient to lift the cosign requirement. Otherwise, if the refresh is successful, the note will drop from the list.
