Entering Teletherapy into CPSE Portal

Will there be separate enrollments for teletherapy?

Q Why are you asking us to call the location "Teletherapy" when that is a method of delivery, not a location?
A We are NOT instructing you call the Location "Teleletherapy". CPSE Portal has two separate fields Service Setting and Location. Service Setting is used to indicate generic things like Classroom, Therapy Room, Daycare, etc. The Location is used to identify the specific location where the service was provided, per Medicaid SSHSP requirements (See Medicaid Q&A Question 164).
We are instructing you to
1) Make sure the Service Setting is "Teletherapy"
2) Make sure the Location does not indicate something that isn't true (such as the name of the Preschool or the address of the agency, etc.)
3) Indicate in the Notes text information about where the therapist was located and where the child was located.

Parent/Caregiver Signatures
