Sending Services to Portal from Preschool

CPSE Portal Tab – Upload Enrollment Data

 don’t need to changed anything unless you want specifics. Use Web Service process

Upload Data File – Data uploaded successfully and will show if there are any errors.

To check CPSE Portal Website for the enrollments- log in- Look Up Tab- Enrollment Look Up

-Change Session and Provider in drop down, check box for services – Search

You will however have to send services to Portal every day when you have entered/added something in preschool for a student. This is usually done at the end of the day.
