If you have anything that needs to be changed/corrected on the voucher that has not yet been downloaded by the county, you have the ability to unsubmit the voucher to make your necessary corrections and resubmit it.
If the county has already downloaded the voucher the Unsubmit button will not be able
- To unsubmit your voucher you will go to Billing > Voucher Listing and select the county, school year, and enrollment type in the filters section, and select "Retrieve".
- Find the voucher you would like to unsubmit and select the "Unsubmit". Once the voucher has been unsubmitted, it will show up on the voucher management screen.
